Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly exchange an item for same or lesser value to the one you have purchased.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund for change-of-mind on full price or sale items unless faulty.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only except exchanges on sale items.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days of purchase. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. Magdalena Duma must receive the garment in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags must be attached.
All returns must be sent with a Magdalena Duma Online Store Returns Form. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN #). You must notify of the reason for the return & if you require an exchange or a refund.
Please include the following when returning an item to Magdalena Duma.a) The completed Online Store Return Form, including RA number where indicated
Important informationWe do not refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment.
Refunds can only be credited to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) have been received and inspected by Magdalena Duma team member. Please allow of up to 14 days from the day you returned the item for your account to be credited. All exchanges will be posted out at the cost of the customer.

At Magdalena Duma our priority is to provide exceptional customer service & deliver high quality garments. Please feel free to contact the Head Office between work hours with any questions. We make every effort to ensure that the website reflects true stock levels. However, if we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within three business days to arrange either a backorder or refund.
