The story

Welcome to Magdalena Duma the label. I’m M, designer and owner. This label was born just after Christmas 2007 and sold at Bondi and Glebe Markets. I initially started the label as a hobby but as the demand grew so did the time I spent on it and eventually it became a full time job.

In December of 2008, my best friend and I decided to go into business together and to open up a permanent place to display the label. We opened up Magdalena Duma the boutique in Newtown, Sydney.

Magdalena Duma the label is a handcrafted collection of European-inspired, fashion-forward pieces. Designed for the independent woman who is not afraid to express her sexuality and style, my clothes are all about confidence, elegance and flamboyance.

Every season I create smart casual and glamorous classic pieces that can take you from day to evening, making this the perfect lifestyle label. Every garment in my boutique and online store has been created with love, care and special attention to detail.
